Dear Up and Coming Comic Writer,
Before you start telling me your goals, I want you to think about what your goals need to be.
Don't go hitting a grand slam, all right? Let's play short ball.
I want you to focus on creating small goals.
Accomplish those first. Build those small goals into larger goals and ride that wave of momentum. It’s the perfect opportunity to build your confidence.
While deciding on the short goals, learn from your failures from last week and figure out how you can turn those failures into success.
One important tip: don't promise yourself that you're going to write a full script.
Instead, give yourself 15 minutes a day to write. That's where your success is going to be.
Remember: short-term goals.
Go write!

Death Bed Confessions
After watching this video, I really want to write an anthology based on death bed confessions.
Here are a few confessions:
“I married your mother to keep an eye on where she buried the others.”
“I’m going to tell your brother I’m sorry. I was supposed to drown you.”
“That shadow behind you? It’s been waiting since I said yes to it in 1963.”
“Every leap year, I gave it a piece of me. When I’m gone, you’re next.”
“Your inheritance is buried with my first family.”
“If you don’t feed it by midnight, it’ll forget I’m dead and come for you.”
Working title ideas:
Deathbed Diaries
Last Gasp
The Last Thing They Said
